The hotel rooms were more than perfect for us, very recently renovated with very comfortable beds on the 6th floor, with a beautiful view of the hotel's swimming pool, but they were not clean. The service was really kind and friendly as usual, though one man was rude and slow, being really demeaning. The location was excellent, in a quieter road away from the hustle and bustle, near everything like shops, restaurants, and main attractions. The dining experience wasn't good, especially for rooms close to the ground floors lacking hot water and amenities. Facilities were basic overall.

The service was really kind and friendly overall, although one staff member was rude and slow, which was disappointing. However, most of the staff were polite and very helpful.

The hotel's location was one of the main reasons we chose it, being in a brilliant area near everything we needed, including attractions like the Egyptian Museum, Cairo Tower, downtown, and Khan el Khalili.
